Classic Pipes (in partnership with Classic Organs of Indiana):
It is possible to combine authentic organ pipes with digitally produced voices. The result is often called a "combination" or hybrid organ.
The hybrid organ is a compromise, but it is one that can provide a congregation with a more complete instrument in cases where space or funds are very limited.
While many pipe organ builders prefer not to build hybrid instruments, we are proud of the fine instruments of this type we have produced.
Because of our extensive experience with these instruments, we can advise your church on the best kind of instrument for your needs, and on whether or not a hybrid organ is a sensible alternative for you to consider.
